I recently purchased a product and now the price has been lowered. Can I be refunded the difference?
No. We don’t offer price adjustments at this time. -
Will I have to show my ID when I receive my order?
Yes. If you choose Same-Day or Express Delivery at checkout, you will need show valid government-issued photo ID which proves you are 19 years of age or older to the delivery driver.
To accept a delivery from a Canada Post delivery agent, you must show original valid government-issued photo ID and sign for the package (due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, they may ask for a verbal signature instead). An order can only be delivered to an adult 19 years of age or older.

The product I wanted to purchase is sold out. When will you get more stock?
Inventory for new cannabis products such as edibles will be limited in the beginning but will increase over time.
As soon as products are replenished, they will be available on our website. We encourage you to check back regularly.

Can First Nations request that the OCS not deliver to their reserve?
Yes. The Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017 allows First Nations band councils to request that we not deliver recreational cannabis and related products to their reserve, and that we will make reasonable efforts to comply with the request in a timely manner.

How can I track my order?
When you submit an order through OCS.ca, you will receive a confirmation email along with a link that allows you to view your order status.
OCS will send you an email update with a Canada Post tracking number once your order has been shipped. This order number will let you track your parcel's progress toward its final destination.

Can I use my medical document for medical cannabis to make a purchase at OCS?
No. OCS does not give medical advice or fill medical prescriptions. -
How does OCS ensure that cannabis products are not sold to youth?
OCS has a strict policy of verifying the age of online visitors at the time of site entry, purchase and receipt of products.

Can I return products at OCS?
Under some circumstances, some products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. For more info, read our Return Policy.

Is ordering online secure?
We use one of the most secure online ordering systems available and aim to provide the highest possible security at all times. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and credit card details.

Can I buy online as a “guest?”
Yes. As long as you are 19 years of age or older with a delivery address within Ontario, you can buy online as a guest. You are not required to register for an account in order to browse or buy any products.

Will OCS stop me from purchasing more than 30 grams of cannabis in one day?
Our online store limits the amount of cannabis a customer can purchase to 30 grams of dried cannabis, or the equivalent in other formats, per transaction. Transactions are not limited per day.
It is important for customers to understand that provincial legislation restricts the maximum amount of cannabis an individual may possess in public to 30 grams.
