What should I do if I have a complaint about the quality of product I purchased on OCS.ca?

 

Products with a quality assurance (QA) issue can be submitted for an investigation with our QA team and the Licensed Producer (LP) by calling our Customer Service Centre at 1-888-910-0627 or through Chat. QA concerns are not accepted by email.

You will be asked for photos of the impacted item (if applicable) and our QA team will work with the LP to review the claim.

If the claim is approved, our team will email you a Canada Post return label so you can return the product to our Distribution Centre. We need to receive the product in order to be able to issue a refund. Once we receive the product, the refund will be issued and  posted back to your original form of payment within three to five business days.
