That’s why roughly 20% to 30% of the store’s stock comprises what Hudson calls “wellness formats”: topicals, bath products, edibles and low-dose beverages. Many are CBD-dominant, balanced and low in THC, and some feature minor cannabinoids such as CBC, CBG and CBN.

Hudson notes that while some customers know exactly what they want, many come in hoping to learn. For them, the store’s curated products serve as starting points for education and discovery. Staff walk through cannabinoid ratios, onset times and product formats in ways that feel simple and empowering.

This commitment extends beyond the counter, with regular pop-ups inviting customers to connect directly with Licensed Producers and discover the stories behind the products.

For many guests, the experience goes home with them. Club Box members, for instance, receive a curated selection of products, along with educational inserts. Events like customer appreciation parties or local charity drives further root 4K Cannabis in the neighbourhood, with every interaction an opportunity to learn about the ways cannabinoids interact with the body.

It’s well-known the endocannabinoid system plays a crucial role in managing pain, memory, mood and appetite and that cannabinoids bind to receptors in our brains and bodies.
