OCS is making a change to its privacy policy

Effective August 17, 2023, the OCS is making a change to its privacy policy.   

Since legalization, our customers have asked us to improve their online shopping experience on OCS.ca with features such as the ability to create accounts. To make this possible, the OCS will be assessing new technology platforms which may result in customers personal information being stored outside of Canada. The OCS is updating its Privacy Policy to reflect this change.  Any new technology platforms that OCS may adopt will maintain a high level of security and will be offered by service providers that are required to adhere to laws that protect personal information. 

All personal information collected from customers before the policy change, will continue to be stored in Canada.
